Bio

My name is Joshua T. S. Rosendorn (aka Joshua Schulze-Reimpell), and I’m an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse (UWL), double-majoring in Psychology and Philosophy with a minor in Neuroscience. I earned my Abitur (secondary school degree) from the Reuchlin Gymnasium Ingolstadt (Germany) in 2022.

At UWL, I work on research projects in cognitive and decision-making psychology as well as behavioral economics, with interests spanning perception, judgment and choice, information processing (particularly in terms of thought), and philosophy of mind. I currently serve as a Menard Family Initiative (MFI) Research Fellow (link) and collaborate on multiple ongoing projects.

Outside the lab, I’m committed to building thoughtful campus communities. I’m the Vice President of the UWL Philosophy Club (link) and I run Bridging the Divide (link) at UWL, a discussion series designed to foster respectful, productive dialogue across political differences. Finally, for over two years, I have served as a tutor for psychology and philosophy at the Tutoring & Learning Center at UWL.
